This fitness tracker app which supports Fitbit users helps to track basic activity stats and see how your daily activity, workouts, sleep and nutrition all fit together. The data is queried directly from your Fitbit account and inserted into Google Fit. To do this, you must first log in with your Fitbit account and give Fitness Band access to the data that you want to transfer.

- Discover how well you’re sleeping via our sleep metrics: Sleep Score and graphs showing your time spent in light, deep and REM sleep.
- Keep track of your weight, set goals, log food and water, track calories in and out and see if you’re on track
- Record your heart rate 24/7. Find your daily/weekly/monthly heart BPM (beats per minute) trend, resting heart rate, and time spent in heart rate zones during workouts.
